Most retail orders are shipped out within 3 business days of receiving payment. If there will be any delay we will contact you to let you know.
UPS will only allow for shipping to physical addresses and the USPS will not deliver to some physical addresses. Please be sure to pick an appropriate shipping carrier for the address that you choose.
Currently, we only ship to the United States. If you are a potential international customer please contact us. We can work with our carriers to find a way to make the transaction work. Though, there are some countries that we may choose to not ship to.
Our goal is to provide a pleasurable buying experience for all of our customers. Please feel free to contact us whenever there are questions about your order or our policies. We’ll be happy to discuss them with you.
We cannot accept returns on used machines. There are shipping restrictions that cannot be overcome.
We realize that in some cases our customers may find the need to return or exchange an item from their order. In order for us to properly process any returns or exchanges, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued before returning the product. Please request your RMA number in writing via email. We will provide more detailed instruction in that email.
Items are only returnable for the first 30 days after receiving the item. All unwanted items returned must be shipped at the sole expense of the customer and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
